The cart features a built-in cooktop of professional grade stainless steel with a total cooking surface of 24 by 18 inches. This safe no-flame electric cooktop can reach a temperature of 430 degrees and heats up in minutes. In order to give you plenty of working space around the cooktop this cart has been designed with a drop leaf on either side that can be folded down when not in use.
