"The Cut 'n' Catch Board is uniquely designed from solid domestic hardwood with a smooth oiled finish easy on knives and resistant to wear and tear. One end of the board features a removable plastic tray that measures 9.5 x 5.5 by 2 inches deep. Cut up your meat or vegetables push the scraps into the plastic tray and dump them easily. A total of 3 plastic trays are included so you can remove one and replace it with another without stopping your work. The Cut 'n' Catch Board stands on four wooden feet with rubber pads which are set back away from the plastic tray so that you can remove the tray place the hole over your garbage disposal and scrape waste directly into the trash. Ideal for over-the-sink or countertop work!"
